Class Description
Learn how fun and simple it is to make Shakshuka, Matzah, and Latkes in this new cooking class and brief introduction to the wide variety of food in Jewish cuisine. Shakshuka is an awesome brunch dish made with poached eggs in tomato sauce, and together with this we'll make a Matzah ball soup, and potato Latkes, a fried pancake with apple sauce. The aim of the class is to introduce you to a selection of popular dishes that are fun and easy to make a home, and provide some background to a cuisine that is often ignored outside of it's own community, but with some really amazing food! Before the class you will receive the list of ingredients and equipment needed for the class. Most ingredients can easily be found in large supermarkets or Asian grocery stores. All our beginner classes are designed for home cooks and you will most likely have all the equipment already in your kitchen. You can be up to 4 people on 1 device in this class.
